We have to mimimize our administration efforts to be able to offer you the attractive prices.
Many training providers fight with cancellations, rebookings, and no-shows. We want to be able to focus ourselves on the trainig content and quality and not admnistration. Thus all bookings and payment need to to be strictly digitalized and upfront.
Of course, no matter how good the planning there may always be unforeseen happenings.
In case you really need to cancel a booked training or coaching, we will refund you acording to our terms and conditions. As all bookings, payments, and transactions create with payment providers, we can refund 90% until 1 week before the training or coaching and 50% until 48h before the training. After that we can unfortunately not refund you.
Individual coaching sessions are booked and paid via the homepage as the trainings. The scheduling is done afterwards and agreed upon mutually. All coachings are conducted via MS Teams or Google Meet meetings. You can also contact us directly online by submitting your request and we will get back to you asap.
We have conducted muche more than 1,000 workshops, trainings, meetings, events , etc. in the last 25 years. Here we have experienced the the optimal effective working and learning time span is 60-120 min. Interstingsly, this corrsponds also to the scheduling in schools and universities. In summary, we consider four 2-hour sessions much more effective than a full-day training or seminar.
In addition, more an more companies and managers have asked us to provide rainings and coachings either outside or at the end of the usual busness hours. This of course is the also time limited.
