This session is not only designed for pricing managers. Everyone who has to make price decisions should have an understanding of things like key pricing levers, price corridors, price elasticity, value pricing, price value mapping, break-even calculations, dynamic pricing, and more. This will be the basis to ensure that you start building a pricing culture in your organizations, which allows for fact base decision making and effective communication. I've seen to many inefficiencies, when people try to speak about "prices" but talking about different things. Test your organization, and ask five colleagues what is a pricing strategy. If you don't get the same answer, it seems you have an unmet need to establish basic understanding of pricing.
